If you need to test a valve for functionality and do not have a valve tester, you can make one from three 9-volt batteries.

This will create a 27-volt valve activator that assembles quickly and is portable.

Note: Always use caution when using batteries. Be careful not to damage or short circuit the battery - They may leak or rupture.
