EZ-Flare Application

The Revolutionary New Irrigation Productivity Installation Tool

Three Easy Steps

Step 1. Cut the Poly pipe to the desired length and place the clamp on the pipe.

Step 2. Place the EZ-Flare tool into the pipe and expand the pipe
            Expand 1/3 of the way; rotate the tool 30 degrees and expand another 1/3.
            Rotate tool another 30 degrees and finish the expansion.

Step 3. Insert the fitting into the pipe and crimp the clamp.

            If You Need To Repair; Reposition or Remove the Clamp and Fitting
            Grip the crimped clamp detail with the tool jaws
            Twist the crimped detail +/- 30 degrees
            The clamp will release
            Reposition the clamp
            Re-Crimp the clamp
