Econo 6" Valve Box - Round

Valve boxes are used to provide access your control valves. Also; valve boxes are installed over the top of the valve; to mark the location of your valves. In the event there is a problem with a control valve or wire splice; you'll save time and effort looking for and accessing the problem valve.

6" round valve boxes are preferred over the large rectangular valve boxes since they allow you to dig up a single valve at a time for servicing compared to digging up a large rectangular valve box to service one valve.
Bottom line...it's easier to expose one valve and service it when needed vs. having to dig up a large area to get a rectangular valve box out of the way during servicing.

This light duty residential valve box is ideal for protection of 1" or smaller lawn sprinkler system solenoid valves. Has a snap-on green cover; blending with lawn. This box is used for a single valve. We do not recommend installation in concrete or where the box will be subject to heavy vehicular traffic.

9 1/2" deep with 6 1/4" cover diameter.
