Pro-Spray: A Rugged Contractor Friendly Spray for Residential and Commercial Projects
At last, Hunter has created a spray sprinkler rugged enough to stand up to the needs of a professional contractor. Designed for a long life of reliable operation, the new Hunter Pro-Spray has been manufactured with the precision required to ensure peak performance for years to come. This solid performer boasts heavy-duty ABS construction, including an extra-thick body and cap previously unheard of in a Hunter spray. Exclusive body ribs make the Pro-Spray easier to install, adjust and service while also providing more stability for the sprinkler in loose soils. But brawn isn’t all this product offers. The new Pro-Spray also features a user-friendly “pull-up” flush cap that helps keep debris to a minimum and a multi-function wiper seal that eliminates flow-by. Add in the Pro-Spray’s compatibility with all industry standard female nozzles – as well as Hunter’s own complete line-up of adjustable, fixed, short radius, micro-spray and specialty nozzles – and you have the industry’s most sophisticated spray sprinkler. When installing nozzles along straight runs or in areas that require 360º arcs, labor will be saved by not having to adjust each nozzle to those common patterns. With patterns that feature precise edges and a droplet size that minimizes wind drift, Hunter Pro-Spray nozzles have been painstakingly designed to provide superior coverage. Five different radius ranges are available, each able to be reduced if needed for fine-tuning and each color-coded for quick and easy radius identification. |

Features: Made from high strength ABS with thick walls for added durability. Buttress style threads. Molded to exacting specifications to ensure correct fit.

Flush Cap
Features: Unique “pull ring” style design.
 Benefits to You: Speeds nozzle installation by allowing a crew to easily pull up the riser to install the nozzle. Directional flushing helps keep water away from trenches and off buildings, walks, or drives for effective flushing with minimal mess. Sealing mechanism opens as the riser pops up to allow water and debris to exit, then seals on retraction to keep debris out. Made of recyclable material that lessens environmental impact. |
Inlet Threads
Features: Precisely engineered and molded to exacting specifications.
Benefits to You: Less variance in thread size means less chance of leaks. Positive lead-in thread makes for easier fitting installation. Unlike other sprays, Hunter designed the threads on a Pro-Spray to be more like those on a rotor. The threads are internal, located within the body of the sprinkler to provide more support and durability. |
Ratcheting Riser
Features: Precision molded body ribs and teeth on ratcheting mechanism.
Benefits to You: Molded to precise tolerances to make for consistency of feel from sprinkler to sprinkler. Crisp ratchet makes fine-tuning simple while enabling sprinkler to withstand multiple adjustments without losing its integrity. Adjustments can be made while sprinkler is in operation. |
Riser Seal
 Features: Precision molded, high density, UV-stabilized elastomer that retains its properties over many years.
