Important: If the required date of delivery is critical for your needs, we ask that you understand the FedEx® transit times and choose your Shipping Method carefully to assure you receive your order before or on your required date.
If you
place your order by 1:00 pm CST, Sprinkler Warehouse® will strive to ship
you order the same day or no later than the next business day. On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, or it could take
3 to 4 business days following the receipt of your order if the item is
out of stock. We at Sprinkler Warehouse® take pride in our warehouse stock
and most all the items we sell are typically in stock 99% of the time. We would like to say that all our items are in stock at all
times at our warehouse and are ready to ship, however, due to high
demands, there are times when it may take a few days to replenish
stock on high demand items.
All orders received after 1:00 PM CST Friday will either be shipped the same day or the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped no sooner than Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.

Direct Pick-Up from Sprinkler Warehouse®
Customers using a privately arranged freight forwarding company or private FedEx® and UPS accounts are responsible for supplying Sprinkler Warehouse® with the appropriate labeling documents for your desired transportation company.
Continental US Destination Transfers to International Destinations
Customers that choose to take advantage of Sprinkler Warehouse®'s FedEx® shipping are responsible for arranging the transfer of packages upon delivery to their pre-determined Continental US destination. Once FedEx® has delivered the packages, Sprinkler Warehouse® is no longer responsible for any international transfers, fees, tariffs, taxes or damages.

To find out when you will
receive your item, you need to consider the availability of the item
you ordered and the shipping option you selected. We
take pride in our inventory and after processing your order (approx.
24 hours), we will ship your items to you on the next business day, if
possible.
Upon receipt of your order, Sprinkler Warehouse® will process your
order and ship the following business day after the order has been
processed. We would like to say that all our items are in stock at all
times at our warehouse and are ready to ship, however, due to high
demands, there are times when it may take a few days to replenish
stock on high demand items. If we find that an item is out of stock,
you have our commitment that we will expedite your order as quickly
and professionally as possible! Out of stock items
typically ship within 3-4 business days.
Total
shipping cost will depend on the method for delivery, the weight of
the shipment, and the location to where the products are to be
shipped. The methods of shipping are FedEx® Priority Overnight, FedEx® Standard Overnight, FedEx® 2 Day, FedEx® Express Saver, and FedEx® Ground (Home Delivery).
The Sprinkler Warehouse® Shopping Cart software will automatically calculate the total shipping cost of your
order during the checkout process. You will be given the opportunity
to calculate shipping charges for various shipping methods before you
enter your payment information. The only thing you need to do is
select the delivery method, the country, and the zip code for
delivery. It's that easy!

Whether your
shipment will be one package or one hundred, for business
purposes or personal reasons, far away or close to home, FedEx® offers a wide range of service options designed

FedEx® offers several easy-to-use tools that can illustrate the

On orders
exceeding $500, FedEx® will require your signature
upon delivery and receipt of goods. In other words, you must be
present to accept the order from FedEx®. |

- A claim
must be filed by you with the transportation company.
- When
shipments leave our warehouse, they are received by the carrier in
perfect condition. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any
damage.
- Do not
accept damaged goods! Notify FedEx® who will certify
to damage and advise you regarding the claim.
- If
damage is concealed - not noticed until goods are unpacked -
report this immediately to FedEx®. They will assist you
in filing a "concealed damage" claim.
- All goods
repaired or replaced as the result of damage in shipment will be at
your expense - your reimbursement for this work will be by FedEx®
only if a claim is filed - by you.

- This
Free shipping offer is only good for limited time and may be stopped
at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer
ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the
order was placed regardless of the ship date.
- On
average, credit card orders are shipped the same day or the next business day,
or it could take up to 4 business days following the receipt of your
order depending on item stock and number of orders received before
your order. All orders received after 1:00 PM CST Friday will either
be shipped the same day or the following Monday. Orders

- International orders will not be processed, except for Canada and Puerto Rico
- Most
other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO
addresses, but here at Sprinkler Warehouse®, we are happy to serve
our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or
FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places
that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the
cost of insurance and postage. Sprinkler Warehouse® ships ONLY within the United States and the receiver MUST have a physical shipping address.
- Ordinarily orders are shipped FedEx® and should
arrive between 1 to 7 business days from the order date depending on
the shipping service you selected. Please remember, once an order
leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is
responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but

- Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders
already placed. If you want to cancel your order please call our
