Skeet-R-Gone utilizes your sprinkler to distribute an eco-safe mosquito repellent concentrate over your entire lawn eliminating both mature and larvae mosquitoes, and other pests.
Skeet-R-Gone mosquito control system saves time with efficient distribution - providing a bug free and safe environment for you and your family.
Liquid concentrate is injected into an existing sprinkler system by a 160 PSI pump that is housed in an exterior enclosure. This enclosure also houses the concentrate.
Bug Slug (not included with this model) has effective eco-safe coverage for approximately 10-14 days, depending on weather conditions. Unlike other repellents and systems, Bug Slug (not included with this model) is highly concentrated and is used in small amounts - lasting longer per bottle. Smaller bottles make for easy storage.
The concentrate is pumped through a small tube that connects to a special mixing chamber and saddle valve. These are installed directly onto the water supply after the backflow preventer.
The mixing chamber (where the 2 hoses meet the waterline) is where the Bug Slug concentrate (not included with this model) is introduced to the main waterline.
The pump is controlled by a wiring harness that leads to the Skeet-R-Gone controller, which is mounted next to the sprinkler system control panel.
We recommend you mount our Skeet-R-Gone controller next to your own sprinkler system zone controller for your convenience.
To re-cap: turn on a zone, replace any concentrate with water, flush any concentrate out of the system and onto the yard, remove the water bottle, shut the main water supply off (leave the zone on to drain pressure) and push (with air pressure from the pump) the water out of the pump and line using the prime switch.
