I decided to drive down to pick up a part as I was not 100% sure what I needed. Turns out 3 people in front of me needed the same part due to the cold. Even with a busy office and a queue forming your staff was the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a while. They showed me the full assembly of the valve, made sure I had all the bits and what it should look like both before and after. So much I arrived home and had the job done in 5 minutes saving me a large call-out fee from a plumber. I very much appreciate it and look forward to dealing with you again for any other needs.

Thank you for your great customer service. I ordered products to make a solar heat collector for our pool, and your prices are much lower than buying locally (even with shipping cost) and I would have been happy there. I ordered a 500 foot roll of black flex-pipe and got a call that the pipe was not available right away and would be shipped when it was back in stock. The shippment is not due to arrive (tomorrow) any sooner that I would have expected had there not been a delay and I really appreciate the phone call to let me know the products were delayed. Your customer service is great, especially for an internet order. Thank you again!

I love your site - it is so helpful and explains how each of the parts are used. I especially like the compatibility feature (after clicking on an item it'll say what other items that particualr item is used with). I just want to tell you that your staff does an excellent job. This is the second order I received from your company and all items were very well packaged. I also used your website to educate myself on irrigation design. I have plumbing and electrical skills but the website was very helpful in determining my layout and caluculating the number of heads and zones required. I also use a subermersible well pump and learned some tips from your site as well. As my area deing irrigated is almost 1 acre, I will be placing more orders in the future. I order many, many items on-line, but I have never dealt with any, Amazing included, on-line service as good as yours!

Over the summer, I was a dope and hit a couple of sprinkler heads with my Scag lawnmower. I ordered new ones on your site and received them, no special shipping, in a couple of days. Later, I ordered higher pop-ups for a zone, and again, processed, shipped and arrived within days. Yesterday, I ordered some drip manifolds and fittings and again, got my ship notice today that the order would be here on Thursday.

I know it's just little stuff but I want to commend you for your prompt service and no bs... bs I've dealt with and endured over many years from other vendors. You guys should be proud and I thank you for your prompt service!
