For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Credit Card Orders

We accept VISA, Master, American Express, and Discovery cards (No Minimum charge). Your card will be charged by Sprinkler Warehouse, whose name will appear on your credit card statement.

Credit Card payment is the preferred and fastest method to receive your order. Credit Card orders are processed online in real time via AuthorizeNet.

Our shopping cart software system utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above) and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above), and interfaces with Authorize.Net to process credit cards. All account information, including credit card numbers and personal information, submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

Telephone / Fax Orders

We accept telephone orders. Contact a Sales Representative at Toll Free (866) 290-0815 or Email us at with your phone number and best time for us to call you. We will call you and accept your order by phone.

Telephone orders can be achieved using credit card payment.

We accept Fax orders. Fax your order to (713) 856-5788. Please include a copy of your shopping cart basket or Order Detail page from our website which is generated when you select Phone/Fax as your method of payment during the checkout process. Please make sure to include your payment information.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, please provide us with complete ordering information, including quantity, part number and description, as well as your name, address, and telephone number. To ensure that the other will be shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order, certified check, or cashier's check. We can not accept personal checks.

PayPal Orders

Orders can be paid using PayPal. If PayPal is selected as the payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal secure server for payment procedure once the complete order button is clicked at the end of the checkout process. Follow the PayPal provided instructions to send payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can sign up here.

PayPal works by protecting your transfer of money over the Internet through the process of encryption. It provides a secure communication channel to send sensitive information such as credit card number and other personal information. This is particularly important when your payment passes through a system that multiple people can access, such as an office network. In these situations, your payment and passwords should be encrypted to protect them from theft.

PayPal encryption encodes your credit card information into cipher text. A key actually converts the plain text of your sensitive information into indecipherable strings of numbers or characters. Now it is encrypted.

The encryption is decipherable only by the holder of the corresponding PayPal key. This deciphering process is also called decryption.

Paypal can be used to pay for orders from Sprinkler Warehouse. Sending money to Sprinkler Warehouse to pay for your order requires you to setup a Paypal account and deposit money from a credit card or a wire transfer.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
