Got what I needed, got it quickly
My irrigation valves were leaking. Replaced the old diaphragms with new and now the valves don't leak.

The Right Part
It took me a couple of tries to get the right size but this one is the right part and it fixed the solenoid. No more leaks in the system.

Exactly what I needed
Perfect fit for my EZ Flo valves! I tried cleaning the old ones and cleaning the seating surface, but the old ones still leaked. Putting these in stopped my leaks at the sprinkler heads.

I DO NOT HAVE A LOT TO SAY, SINCE IT WAS A REPLACEMENT PART. IT WORKS JUST FINE. THIS MAYBE THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAS THIS PART. SHIPPING WAS PRETTY QUICK, LESS THAN A WEEK.

These diaphragms wear out over time and the valve starts to leak. Rather than change out the entire valve I prefer to just replace the diaphragm.

i have an old Toro Ez flo valve installed that is passing water when closed. It will be very difficult to change the valve body, but maybe i could change the diaphragm and solenoid, or the whole top half of the valve? Is this practical - Do you know if the internal dimensions are the same for Ez flo and EZ flo plus models?

my valve has the name LAWN GENIE is it the same as EZ FLO SERIES?
A shopper on Nov 7, 2011
BEST ANSWER: Yes it is , and I have found EZ FLO to be excellent equipment. I am currently using an EZ FLO controller as well; in six months of use it's never missed a program.

The tech support are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I highly reccomend them.

Is this a replacement for the diaphragm in a 3/4" RainJet valve? It *looks* right ... I'm not sure what the valve model is, there no obvious part number on the valve, but it has 8 screws which hold on the top, a flow control in the center, a bleeder valve, and a solenoid on the perimeter next to the anti-siphon valve.
Wayne S on Aug 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi, I have the Toro EZ-FLO and worked fine. I don't know about the RainJet valve. Sorry about that.
have the toro 53709 jar top valve with flow control is this the right one or do you have a repair kit for it?
Bruce K on Apr 21, 2012
BEST ANSWER: I'm not sure what the model number is for my valves. On the top of the valves it says "Toro EZ-Flow Plus". The diaphragms I ordered were correct for my valves, but that is all I can tell you for sure.
Sorry I can't be more help,
Leroy S.
HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE DIAPHRAM ON THE EZ FLO PLUS SERIES?
I CANNOT UNSREW THE COVER.
DEREK S on Jan 31, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Derek S,

To replace the diaphram assembly of a Toro EZ Flo valve, the top must first be removed from the lower portion of the valve unit. The top (the portion of the unit with the solenoid) is removed by unscrewing the knurlled ring (i.e., turning the ring in the counterclockwise direction). Once the top has been removed from the lower portion of the valve unit, the old diaphram assembly can be removed from the lower portion of the valve unit. In the event the bottom plastic ring has separated from the diaphram assembly, it must be removed also. The new diaphram assembly can then be inserted in the lower portion of the valve unit. Once the new diaphram assembly has been installed, the top can then be mated to the lower portion of the valve unit. The knurlled ring is then turned in the clockwise direction to secure the top to the lower portion of the valve unit.

Will this work on a Lawn Genie 54048 RJ Valve?
Rockdodger on Oct 22, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I only used them on toro valves, so I don't really know if they would work on a genie valve.

I have a Toro 53799 Jar Top valve with flow control. The diaphragm part number is 53804. Is the diaphragm on the EZ Flo valve (part # 138802) interchangeable with the Jar top valve? valve?
