I think it leak as much as the emitters
I got a couple of these and thought it was going to solve the issue of watering plants that I forget to water and save me time from have to get the watering can. Well the concept is great, the execution is a failure. It leaks more water than the emitter connected to it. So I end up with watered plants (if the valve doesn't fall out) and a flood where this is located. I am going to see if i can glue the valves in and see if that gets ride of the leaks. Otherwise I think i will be trying out an Orbit 8 port manifold.

Just bought a home with these heads in the garden. How does it work? Do I have to turn/adjust the brown caps?
Dyan L on Mar 20, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes, each brown cap control the flow out of the control head to the emitter nozzel at the end of the tube cionnected to that nipple~ But once you have them adjust you never have to touch them again unless the system gets clogged for some reason~ Hope that helps~
this is a pc of garbage. the emitters keep popping out until the top finally pops off? what would you recommend?
(figured out afterward you NEED an extra pressure reducer! and cust service was NOT helpful! ~ i pay to ship back, pay restocking fee, and more!!!)

How do I remove the cap to clean the inside of the manifold?
A shopper on Feb 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I have never removed the cap but you can pull out the valves and flush it that way. I have a screen on the retro convertor. So for me this is a non issue
I can't get the drip hose back onto the emitter manifold? They won't push back on.
A shopper on Apr 4, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Try wetting the tubing with water or a drop of soap. Also, be sure to only use these manifolds on a pressure reduced lin, 30 psi or less. They readily blow up at higher pressure.
If I only need 5 outlets. What cap do I use for the 6th?
Nicola W on Apr 4, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Since each outlet has its own valve, you just keep the valve on the 6th turned off. You turn the little knob on the outlet so the line on it is sideways (as shown in the product image).
i am using this for my plant pots and branching two to three Pots ber one outlet and using sprinkle heads that were 6ft range 360, and 6 or 7 GPH but they don't spray at all it looks like not enough perssure, what am i doing wrong not getting spray action?
Amir N on Jul 18, 2013
BEST ANSWER: If there is plenty of water at the riser without the outlet attached (i.e. it shoots up several feet in the air), then check to see that the beige knobs are rotated to the 'open' position. They all come in the 'off' position and need to be rotated 90 degrees to allow water through. Hope that helps.
can i buy new parts ?
A shopper on Nov 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No they don't parts for these sorry
