Features and Benefits

The RPS 75i rotor is designed for residential and light commercial applications. This new addition to K-Rain’s line of rotors retains all of the features and benefits of the RPS® 75 and delivers even more! To reduce the radius and distance in other rotors on the market, the nozzle must be changed or the break-up screw must be engaged. These steps limit the maximum reduction to 25% and cause uneven watering. With the RPS 75i, a simple turn of the patented Flow Shut-Off controls distance and water flow proportionately—up to 50%. The RPS 75i delivers even water distribution, eliminates dry spots and provides better zone performance while saving water. All of this in just one rotor—the right rotor for every landscape!

  • Reduce Distance and Flow Rate Proportionately
  • Save Time on Every Project — New or retrofit
  • Rugged RPS Family Construction
  • Conserves Water
  • Superior Uniformity
  • Fewer Zones Required
  • Improved Hydraulics

Water Where I Need It
I purchased four sprinkler heads to replace two that where damaged by the snowplow and have two spares. I am really impressed with these heads. They are easy to adjust and I can set them to the area they are covering. I am seriously thinking of replacing some of my other heads with this one. I highly recommend.

A Solid Sprinkler Head
I've been using these for a while and they are really a great Sprinkler Rotor for what you get. Once they are in place, all adjustments, including flow rate, arc and spray are with one simple tool from the surface. You can't go wrong.

Is the K-Rain RPS75i a direct replacement for Hunter PGP the way the K-Rain RPS75 is? Product literature does not specify this.
Brian H on Jul 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The 75i has more distance adjustability than the 75. If you're looking for an adjustable Rotor Sprinkler this is a great one to use....regardless of what you're needing to replace.
One of the red nozzles on my K-Rain RPS 75i is missing. How do I identify the nozzle on another sprinkler head?
Sheldon C on May 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: There are small numbers on the head insert that correspond to the spray range. Low (angle) shows an "L" on the left side and a number on the right side. Standard (angle) has no letter on the left side and a number on the right side. The exception to the standard angle is when the number is less than 1 and then the number is split to either side of the head insert. For example a 1.5 spray range the number is split where the "1" is on the left side and the "5" is on the right side. I have photos but don't see anyway to post them here.
I totally new to sprinklers and lawns. I noticed a few heads while on were pouring water from the ground. How do I know which product to buy to replace these heads? They just say K-rain RPS.
A shopper on Apr 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: See if your sprinkler is a rotor (the sprinkler rotates the spray) or a popup spray (just an arc of spray). Then dig around one and unscrew it from the line. See if it is a 3/4" FPT (female threaded pipe) or a 1/2" FPT. Then choose a new sprinkler accordingly. I just installed the K-Rain RPS-75I (3/4 FPT rotor) with adjustable flow control. The flow control is a great feature. Sprinkler Warehouse is a great source with friendly personnel, great service, great prices and fast shipping.
I have K Rain Pro Plus Sprinkler heads. Several are in need of replacing. Are the RPS a good homeowner replacement? Meaning doe this make my life easier for adjusting the heads? Also the model Pro plus come with or without a CV (Check Valve) Is the Check valve necessary?
Anthony Z on May 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: They work very well. I liked that they come with all the different heads. The four low heads worked out great for my needs.
No check valve needed. I have not seen any use that it would come in handy for.
