DIG 1/2 in. Brown Tubing
The only problem with 500 feet of this tubing is getting it unrolled. If DIG Co. would put 4 bands around each layer of the roll it would help a lot. After the first roll exploded into a mess when I cut the bands, I used duct tape inside and out to hold the roll together after cutting the 4 bands. Then I was able to roll out on the ground taking duct tape off when I got past it, this worked pretty well.

More pros than cons
500' of continuous run making looping back in rows a breeze. The color is a disappointment since it is a bright rust in color and will not easily be hidden unless buried which is not easy or even impossible on a steep sloop. Our local "professional" landscape seller has a better color, but only 250' for the same amount of money. While the price remains excellent I will continue to purchase this produce...bad color or not.

This is a SOLID tubing, correct? It is used as a main line in the installation of a drip system, correct?
Thanks,
Sue

BEST ANSWER: Hi Sue

Yes it is solid tubing. I just installed about 1000' as main line for a drip system at my farm and it works great. One suggestion I have is that as you look for fittings, make sure you pay attention to the interior diameter of this tubing and the recommended diameter range for the fitting. They vary some even by brand and you can end up with leaky joints if they don't match up correctly.

Good luck
