Worked Great
System put in by the past owner needed some updates and fixes due to grade changes to landscaping. I used these riser to get a 1" to 2" lift worked great. Very easy to install and no leaking when attached to old and new sprinklers.

Cheaper at Amazon
The riser is exactly what I needed and it works as advertised. The problem is I could have purchased it at Amazon at a lower price considered riser cost plus shipping and I could have had it in 2 days rather than a week. I am a prime member at Amazon.

Perfect for raising my sprinkler heads
These make raising your sprinkler heads so easy, just dig down around the sprinkler head, enough to so you can grab it and unscrew it then carefully pull out. If you dirt is very loose then you may have to dig all the way down to the fitting, you don't want to get dirt into the pipe. Then select how much you want to raise the head - for each section it's 1 inch, make the cut with a hacksaw (very easy) and 1st screw it into the sprinkler head, then slowly reinsert and screw it on the fitting under ground.

So simple to install, and WAY less $$ than paying our sprinkler guy !!!
These simple risers come in two sizes, 1/2" and 3/4". They can raise a sunken sprinkler head in 3/4" increments up to 3", and the risers are so easy to cut through with a simple PVC tube cutter.

Orbit 37056 - 4 in
Best thing ever, after 14 years with lawn sprinklers in our house, it was time to fix sunking sprinklers! I fixed most needed ones with 1-2 in, and everything now like brand new, sprinklers heads are above the ground not under! Great products, I shared with my friends! :D

The extensions worked great. After 25 years plus service, some of my heads needed to be raised. This product worked great with just one fitting. Liked them so much I order some more.

I have used these for years. I use them to raise spriklers that have become too deep due to grass growth or incorrect placement. I also use these when replacing longer sprinklers with shorter ones. I like that I can cut them off to the length I need.

I need to raise some gear driven sprinklers with this size connection. The cut-off risers available locally are male-to-male connections. Not helpful. This product avoids the need to purchase both the male-to-male riser AND a female to female coupling.

BEST ANSWER: You get 1/2 " and 3/4 " hunter heads, see which size you got and buy that riser
Does this work with Hunter 3/4?
A shopper on Jul 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I don't know for sure, because I don't have the hunter, but I believe it works with any 3/4 inch threaded pipe.
Will these work on rainbird systems?
A shopper on Apr 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes --these risers are not brand spacific. Make sure your Pvc female fitting is 3/4" thread and your head you are placing on riser is 3/4" threaded as well
replacing Hunter PGP 12 inch with Hunter PGP 4 Inch?
A shopper on Jun 14, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I have never replaced Hunter PGP 12 inch. Our system had PGP 4 inch nozzles installed. When replacement is required I use Rainbird nozzles and use a riser when the nozzles are now1 to 2 inches below grade level.

I assume that a 12 inch nozzle was installed due to terrain necessity.
