MS-100x075: 1" Spigot x 3/4" Slip Adapter

This

1" Spigot x 3/4" Slip Adapter i

s used to provide a connection into or out of the manifold for either 3/4" or 1" PVC pipe . To connect PVC pipe either slip a 1" fitting (pvc coupler) over the 1" spigot or slip 3/4" pvc pipe into the spigot which serves as a 3/4" slip adapter on the MS-100X075.

The valve manifolds are designed to connect double; triple; or quadruple manifolds together using a MS series coupling to make larger manifolds if needed.

Action Machining Manifold Part MS-100X075 1" FBT x 3/4" Slip
Action Machining makes a fantastic product in their Manifold System - the assembly makeup is terrific and no leaks. The Local Suppliers do not carry the 3/4" fittings and I had to turn to e-shopping. Chose Sprinkler Warehouse and I was not disappointed: a rapid response with reasonable shipping and handling. I will recommend Sprinkler Warehouse to others and will re-order when needed.
Thanks to Action Machining and Sprinkler Warehouse.

Because I couldn't get the MS-3PGV-SLIP Manifold with 100x75 outlets. If the 125x100 can be exchanged for 100x75, I don't need both. I will be having 1" in and 3/4" out of valves.

So you slip the 1" pipe into female end of spigot, how do you ensure a tight fit so there's no leak?
gary n on Sep 17, 2011
BEST ANSWER: The buttress end threads onto the manifold. The other end handles either 1" pipe or 3/4" pipe. 1" pipe would fit over/around the fitting, or alternately, 3/4" pipe could be slipped inside the fitting. In either case, the pipe is cemented to the fitting.

Hope this helps!
