I trust in the Toro name
The Toro product line is well thought out and user friendly. Repairs are a snap with the after market replacements.

Too expensive for what it is. I really can't figure out why they are so much.

I have an older valve - about 20 y/o. All hydraulic. No solenoid. I replaced the diaphragm but its still leaking. Is there supposed to be a pin with the air bleed valve? I have no pin on mine.
A. R. B on Jan 30, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes it is supposed to have a metering pin on the bleed valve.
does this come with the spring?
henry L on Oct 24, 2013
BEST ANSWER: No you have to use the old one.
Can i assume that the Toro 252 replacement diaphragm 1.5" will work for electric or hydraulic valve? We have old hydraulic system. Valves look good. Just need new inside parts. Is this all i need? What is a pin?
A shopper on Feb 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No it will not work. Hydraulic systems have different ways of getting water to top of diaphragm. Pin type is similar to electric but smaller port and screen. Normal open has no port gets water from controller.
I have older 252-06-06 valve. Don't know if Diaphragm is 89-0812, 0814, or 0813 (EL, PT, NO, PR & CR) Which replacement model diaphragm do you have that will work for me?
