Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases, or free product!
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person. If you have a particular account you would like the rewards attached to us, please reach out.
VIP Elite free shipping is cost-based. Don’t worry, VIPs–it works out in your favor! For example, if the standard free shipping cost threshold is $99 and your order totals to $85, the order would count towards your 12 allotted VIP Elite shipments. If your order totals to $105, you can avail yourself of the customer-wide free shipment offer since it’s over $99, preventing you from using 1 of your 12 VIP Elite free shipments.
Licensed contractors are eligible to enroll in the VIP Membership program. However, the 7% discount received from VIP Membership cannot be combined with special contractor pricing.

There is the Elite Tier that is paid for but comes with additional benefits including 7% off all orders, Free Shipping and access to exclusive sales and product re-stocks.

Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program, meaning redeeming points or placing an order. All points expire or renew based on your activity.
Once you are in Silver or Gold status, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
Yes, you are able to use a discount code and redeem a free product within the same order. However, only one discount code can be applied at a time.
If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account!

VIP Elite Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions 

  1. VIP Elite members are subject to a maximum of 12 free shipments each year (365 days) following membership activation under the advertised free shipping cost.  
  2. VIP Elite membership is permitted one per customer with a valid residential or commercial address and may be used only for personal or business purposes. Resellers are expressly excluded from VIP Elite membership. 
  3. Purchases are to be shipped only to VIP Elite members’ residential or commercial address(es) and/or residential or commercial address(es) of clients under the services of a licensed contractor with an active VIP Elite membership. 
  4. Gator points are to be redeemed on transactions made by the named VIP Elite member. Points cannot be shared, distributed, or combined for reward redemptions.  
  5. VIP Elite members are limited to one credit card alteration per month. If additional credit card updates are needed, customers are advised to contact Customer Service for special approval.  
  6. Sprinkler Warehouse reserves the right to change or discontinue the terms and conditions of any of its rewards programs, including this VIP Elite membership program, at any time and for any or no reason.  

Participation in all Sprinkler Warehouse Rewards Programs, including this VIP Elite membership program, is subject to all terms, conditions, and policies applicable to the purchase of products from Sprinkler Warehouse.

Sprinkler Warehouse reserves the right to not award VIP Elite rewards, to deduct improperly awarded VIP Elite rewards, and/or to terminate your participation in VIP Elite rewards for violation of any terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of products from Sprinkler Warehouse and/or this VIP Elite membership program, including resale of products.
