How do I edit my account information?

Account information can be changed through your personal Dashboard. You must first log in to SprinklerWarehouse.com, via the LOGIN tab.


After logging in you will be taken to your Dashboard. You can also reach the Dashboard from the ACCOUNT tab.


To change your name or password hit the link on the left titled "My Information."


To change your method of payment hit the link titled "My Payment Data."


To change your address hit the link titled "Saved Addresses."

How do I reset my password?

Under the LOGIN tab, hit the "Reset Password?" button on the bottom left. You will be taken to a new page. Enter your email and hit the "Reset My Password" button. A link will be sent to your email account with further instructions.


You can also change your password from inside your account. Login to your account, head over to your Dashboard (you can find the link under the, "Account" tab when you click it, once logged in.) Then click the, "My Information" link on the left.

How do I create an account?

You can register for an account under the LOGIN tab. If you wish to register as a contractor there is a Contractors tab at the top of registration/login form.


Note: Contractor accounts must be approved. Shortly after the Contractor’s registration form is submitted, you will be contacted to confirm if your account has been approved.


Why do Contractor accounts have to be approved?

Contractor accounts must be approved to receive special promotions and pricing.


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the order being placed.


How can I get a copy of my invoice?


Your order history is available through your Dashboard.

How do I return my product?

To return your product, please click this link to fill out our Product Return Form. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

What if I received the wrong product?

If a product in your order was incorrect, follow the procedure above "How do I return my product?". When filling out the Product Return Form under "Reasons For Return" be sure to indicate "Wrong item sent." Then ship the contents back to:

Do you ship to my country?

Sprinkler Warehouse ships to the United States and select US Territories. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot ship to places outside of the ones defined here.


What are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information on the checkout page. Sprinkler Warehouse provides a variety of shipping methods that you may choose from.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order on SprinklerWarehouse.com, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when checking out. Once your item has shipped, another email will be sent to you with a tracking link.


Orders made through third party services such as Amazon.com or Walmart.com send out their own communication with tracking links.


When will my backorder arrive?

Due to COVID, many of our suppliers and irrigation product manufacturers have had difficulty meeting the current demand for product. We at Sprinkler Warehouse are working with vendors and suppliers to keep our warehouse well stocked. We are finding new sources for products that are backlogged. Backordered products will be shipped as soon as we receive them. We are continually monitoring this situation to reduce the level of backorders. Your patience is greatly appreciated.


What if an item from my order is missing from my shipment?
