Do you offer in-person purchases?

We no longer offer over-the-counter purchases. You can place an order online and choose curbside pickup at our Katy, TX warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to U.S. states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International customers typically arrange shipping through a freight forwarding company or have items shipped to a family member or friend in the U.S. who can forward it to their international address.

How can I get bulk pricing for large orders?

  • SKU(s) and quantity of each item you’re interested in
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your shipping state

Can I edit or change my order after it’s been approved?

Once an order is approved, we cannot make any changes to it. However, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days.

How can I get a tax exemption on my order?

To receive tax exemption, follow these simple steps:

  • Email your tax exemption form (must be dated for the current year) to swservice@sprinklerwarehouse.com
  • Once received, please allow 2-4 hours for the tax exemption to be applied to your account.
