Common EZ-FLO Replacement Parts

After years of regular use, your EZ-FLO fertigation system may need some repairs. Some of the most commonly replaced parts of the EZ-FLO Fertilizer Injection System include the following:

  • Cap O-Ring - The cap O-ring can wear out or crack over time, leading to leaks.

  • Pressure Relief Valve - This part ensures a consistent pressure in the system. They can fail due to wear or debris.

  • Threaded Caps - Over time, the threads can wear out or the cap may crack under UV exposure. Replacement will prevent leaks.

  • Coupling Connectors - Integrate the EZ-FLO system into an irrigation line. Without this valve, you won’t be able to control water flow and fertilizer dilution.

EZ Flo Fertilizer System Parts FAQs

Can I use non-EZ-FLO parts as replacements?

While some generic parts may work, it's best to use official EZ-FLO parts. Using off-brand parts may cause leaks and other errors that aren’t immediately apparent. EZ-FLO parts are designed with specific flow rates and materials in mind to ensure that they last.

Is it okay to leave the EZ-FLO system installed over winter?

No, it should be disconnected during the winter months when the irrigation system is turned off. Freezing water expands, which can crack certain parts of the EZ-FLO. Instead, you should drain all of the water from the tank and tubing, then disconnect the system. After that, store it indoors, in a warm, dry environment, until you need it again in the summer.

Are EZ-FLO replacement parts interchangeable between different tank sizes?

Some EZ-FLO replacement parts are interchangeable between tank sizes, but compatibility depends on the specific part and the model type. There are several different sizes of EZ-FLO fertigation systems, and some require larger or smaller tank lids, flow restrictors, or mounting hardware. Still, other parts like O-rings, tubing, and check valves may be interchangeable between similarly sized systems.
