Do you offer in-person purchases?
We no longer offer over-the-counter purchases. You can place an order online and choose curbside pickup at our Katy, TX warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to U.S. states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International customers typically arrange shipping through a freight forwarding company or have items shipped to a family member or friend in the U.S. who can forward it to their international address.

Can I edit or change my order after it’s been approved?
Once an order is approved, we cannot make any changes to it. However, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days.
