The versatility of the ACC controller grows even more powerful with the addition of the two-wire decoder system from Hunter. ACC-99D uses two-wire decoders to control up to 99 stations without giving up the arsenal of features provided by the ACC.
Operating large numbers of valves over long distances, the ACC99D decoder controller takes full advantage of the powerful ACC feature set. Since it's two-wire powered, it also saves copper wire, simplifies troubleshooting, permits rapid addition of new stations, minimizes trenching, and permits remote sensor monitoring over the two-wire path.
The ACC is a large-scale commercial controller in the Hunter line. ACC family controllers are upgradable to the Hunter IMMS central control system, with cell and LAN connection options. What truly sets the ACC apart is its sheer power. Intelligent overlap settings and its powerful transformer allow ACC to run up to 6 programs simultaneously, packing the most watering into the shortest water window. Real time flow monitoring allows the controller to dynamically respond to overflow conditions by station, and track system water use.
The ACC boasts a total of 6 independent and 4 custom programs and the ability to assist the water manager in conforming to “watering windows.” Plus, the ACC’s large backlit LCD display offers the user a convenient means to personalize on-screen station and program names. ACC also has built-in support for the water-saving Solar Sync sensor.
WATERSENSE SMART WATERING CONTROLLER BY ADDING SOLAR SYNC
By adding a Solar Sync to your Hunter controller, it transforms into a smart controller using local weather conditions to tailor watering schedules to actual conditions on the site. A Hunter controller with Solar Sync has been independently proven to have a detailed list of water saving features and has been approved by the EPA as a WaterSense Smart Watering Controller.
REAL TIME FLOW MONITORING
This feature permits connection of a flow meter to recognize high or low flow conditions and react automatically to alarms. The controller learns typical flows for each zone of irrigation and then monitors performance during automatic irrigation. When incorrect flows are detected, the controller can identify the faulty station and shut it down. Alarm parameters are user-programmable. Flow totals are recorded in controller memory to report system water usage.
EASY RETRIEVE MEMORY
A manual back-up utility that stores complete controller scheduling and setup information in back-up memory. This allows the saved watering schedule to be restored at any time. This can be used to set a controller back to its initial settings after tampering or at the beginning of a new season.
