Installation Instructions:

Note: (IMPORTANT) Turn off power before installing or removing connector. Product to be used in accordance with local and national codes. Do not reuse.

1. Strip wires 5/8” (15.9 mm)
2. Align frayed strands or conductors. Fig. 1
3. Pre-twisting unnecessary. Place stripped wires together with ends of insulation even. Note: Twist and lead stranded wires slightly.
4. Twist connector onto wires pushing firmly until hand-tight. Do not over torque. Fig 2
5. Wipe sealant in and around conductors and connector opening while tightening.
6. Insert the splice to the bottom of the sealant filled tube. Fig. 3
7. Position wires into wire channels
8. Wipe any sealant around opening and conductors.
9. Close lid ensuring latch is secured. Fig. 4
