Oatey Hot Blue is a blue, low VOC, medium body, fast setting PVC solvent cement for use on all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings up to 6" diameter with interference fit. It is formulated for wet conditions, quick pressurization and fast installation, and can be used for potable water, pressure, non-pressure, irrigation, sewer, DWV, conduit, drain and flexible PVC.

• Lo- VOC Solvent Cement meets California South Coast Aire Quality Air Quality Management District ( SCAQMMD ) 1168/316A or BAAQMD Method 40 and various environmental requirements
• Meets ASTM D2564
