The LEIT 4000 is a self-contained, water management irrigation controller that harnesses ambient light (solar) as a power source. The controllers easy-to-navigate features include four independent programs with three start times for each valve and password-protected entry.
Powered by a photovoltaic module and an internal microelectronic management system that collects light to produce pollution-free electricity that powers the controller day and night in any kind of weather conditions. Programming is easy by using a self-guiding menu and four durable sealed buttons.
Lightning protection; the controller is fully isolated from the electrical ground, offering virtual immunity to ground currents from overhead power lines and/or close proximity lightning strikes. Use the LEMA 1600HE solenoid actuator, which can be mounted on most brand-name valves using one of our seven adapters. Can connect rain, moisture, or freeze sensors to an individual valve or to the entire system using the SKIT 8821-4 switch-type sensor adapter.
